Caldwell Home Suffers Water Damage

The sagging and water damaged ceiling alerted our Caldwell customer that a leak was causing a problem. Our SERVPRO technicians discovered the plumbing had sprung a small leak that had gone unnoticed. We fixed the coupling and then tore out the unsafe ceiling material. By using plastic sheeting, we isolated the airborne dust to this one room during the demolition. Air movers and several dehumidifiers completed the drying process, and we then contained the exposed attic crawl until the rebuild of the ceiling.
