Office in Nampa Gets Wet from a Leak

The water pooled on the commercial grade carpeting over the weekend in this Nampa office. SERVPRO can attempt to salvage the flooring material and the baseboards and walls; note the air movers and the dehumidifier for this purpose. Unfortunately, the fibers delaminated from the backing and the floor covering needed tossing. However, the After Photo depicts how our technicians continue to dry out the concrete floor, drill holes in the walls at the baseboard level to increase circulation within the wall cavity, and thus prevent the demolition of this wet material. Our goal is to mitigate water damage, save our clients money, and minimize any disruptions to their normal business routines.
